Nic Zaccardi operates Station Creek Farm on the outskirts of Gympie. He is not only a regular supplier of sustainably farmed fresh produce to the Mary Valley Country Harvest Cooperative, he is also an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) known as the “The Farming Dietitian”. Nick is passionate about helping people to improve their general health by encouraging simple diet tweaks and focusing on making right food choices.
Nic supplies are wide range of seasonal produce including zucchinis, beans, broccoli, beets, carrots, lettuce, cauliflower, cabbage, potatoes, garlic and tasty free range eggs.
