Market Gardening
From hand-tools to tractors – tools and machinery for small-scale production (panel session).
Planning an irrigation system for small-scale production.

Post-harvest handling and packaging for market (panel session)

These workshops are funded by the Australian
Government Department of Employment through the Local Employment Coordinator Flexible Funding Pool. This has enabled MVCH Co-op to offer the program at a much-reduced fee.

One of the objectives of the Mary Valley Country Harvest Cooperative is to educate and inform existing and potential growers, by providing regular opportunities for exchange of information on current best practices in developing a farm business.
