Annual General Meeting

Meet at 4.30pm for a 5pm start.

The meeting will present achievements in our first year of operation, a financial report on the Cooperative, and will be followed by election of Directors for the next 12 months. As per our Rules, 2 of our Directors are due to stand down (but may be re-elected). We currently have 7 Directors on the Board, and can have 5-9 elected Directors.
The meeting will be followed by a light buffet supper of our local foods.
Action required:

The AGM follows on from the Valley Bees Open Day
Valley Bees will be hosting a special Open Day at the same venue from 10am-4pm. It promises to a great day, and coop members are invited to attend.
